Is the universe expanding? Yes, that is a well-known scientific fact, but where is it expanding towards? Is it going to contract at some point?
Sebastian Andia (an architect by trade) teamed up with Maryland Supreme to explore alternative paths and dimensions. After exploring a multitude of branches and possibilities, new and unprecedented evidence was found. The result is now presented here as expanding rings of exploratory drawings.
The drawings you will see next were produced using a playful approach to combine artistic
styles. This multi-layered approach enabled bidirectional conversations between the scientific,
structural, and creative realms.
